To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, or pet hair

  • With all original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties / underwear bottoms

  • Opened or worn intimate products

  • Worn shapewear

  • Clearance items or items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for eligible bras and shapewear (subject to stock availability).
The fastest way to get a different size is to place a new order after your return is approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return cost

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
